Twenty-five years ago I started cleaning San Antonio homes one kitchen at a time. Today I lead a small team of trusted cleaning professionals and make sure every home receives the careful, personal service our customers know us for.
I may stop by for your first cleaning to meet you, check in during a visit, or lend a hand when needed. I won't personally attend every appointment, but I remain closely involved and available to make sure the job is done right.
Sylvia brings quality cleaning supplies she trusts. For floors, we prefer to use your home's working vacuum when one is available—especially in homes with pets—to help avoid carrying pet hair or allergens between homes. Need us to bring one, or prefer your own products? Mention it when you book.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope — plenty of clients leave a key or lockbox code. Sylvia will confirm access and timing when she calls to lock in your estimate.
Is the online price the final price?
It's a solid San Antonio market estimate. Sylvia confirms by phone after a quick chat about pets, stairs, or anything special — so there are no awkward surprises.
How does the first-clean offer work?
First-time residential customers can save 25% on their first Deep Clean—no recurring plan is required. The offer is limited to one per household or service address and is confirmed by Sylvia before the final invoice. If you choose ongoing Standard Cleaning afterward, future visits receive the schedule discount shown in your estimate.
What areas do you serve?
Greater San Antonio and nearby neighborhoods. If you're unsure, text or call 210-219-3541 and we'll confirm whether we serve your area.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We bring quality cleaning supplies and tools. When a working household vacuum is available, we prefer to use it—especially in homes with pets—to help reduce the chance of carrying pet hair or allergens between customers' homes. If you need us to bring a vacuum, mention it when booking so Sylvia can confirm arrangements. Product preferences are welcome, too.
Are you okay with pets?
Absolutely. We love (well-behaved) furry roommates. Let us know so we can plan around them and keep doors closed as needed. Pet-free homes receive a $10 adjustment because they typically require less pet-hair cleanup.
What's the difference between weekly and every 2 weeks?
Weekly keeps dust and kitchens from ever getting ahead of you and saves 15%. Every 2 weeks is the sweet spot for many busy households and saves 10%.
How do I prepare before you arrive?
Clear counters of clutter if you can, secure valuables, and note any no-go zones. We handle the rest — dishes and laundry aren't included unless we arrange it.
Who actually cleans my home?
A small team of cleaning professionals selected and guided by Sylvia—not a revolving door of strangers. Sylvia oversees quality, stays involved with customer care, and may stop by to meet you or check that everything is going smoothly.
Can I tip?
Tips are never expected and always appreciated. Cash, Venmo, or adding a little thank-you when you pay — whatever feels right.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Text or call Sylvia as soon as you know. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible so the team can reshuffle kindly.
